
Since 2016, Ms. Ge has drafted and/or prosecuted hundreds of patent applications for some of the most well-known brands over the world. She has handled applications in a wide range of technical fields, including but not limited to: machine learning, autonomous driving, robotics, wireless communications, semiconductor fabrication, image-guided surgery, displays, batteries, content distribution networks, server devices, gas & steam turbines, gaming, LED bulbs, antennas, audio and image processing, input methods, GUIs, and 3D printing. Ms. Ge also counsels on trademark, copyright, and opinion work, and she interned at the Office of Research Commercialization at NC State during law school. Additionally, Ms. Ge has industrial experience in additive manuafacturing, laser cladding, thermal spray coating, and material characterization, through work performed at Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CCAM).

Dr. Cheng holds a PhD degree from Cornell University and has been a data scientist developing machine learning based frameworks for world renowned tech companies. As a scientific advisor, Dr. Cheng combines his research background in chemical engineering as well as his working experience in finance, computational modeling (e.g., ML methods, causal inference, time series forecasting, operation research), testing (e.g., A/B testing, A/A testing, Synthetic Control, Switch Back), AI automation (e.g., LLM-powered modeling, API-integrated decision pipelines), and optimization (e.g., linear & nonlinear programming), to provide and align IP strategies with your business goals.
